Have fun, get fit and meet lots of new friends. Salsa is danced world wide, with social events everywhere, from village halls to international congresses.
We will teach you the basic techniques, steps and moves to enable you to enjoy the many events which take place in our region.

FOOTWEAR:
Comfortable shoes with a hard rubber or suede sole are best, trainers are not ideal as they grip the floor too much, and leather soles can be too slippery. Ladies may find it easier to dance in shoes with a heel, if they are used to wearing them.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO COME TO CLASSES WITH A PARTNER:
More than half of beginners turn up alone to their first class, but in the friendly atmosphere you will not feel like a new starter for long!
